Total One is designed in such a way that each custom­er is an "island". This archi­tec­ture guaran­tees that every compon­ent and every user of the platform is exclus­ively managed by the business respons­ibles, on custom­er side as well as on partner side.
All creden­tials are solely stored in the custom­ers’ individu­al Active Direct­ory and individu­al Key Vault.

To guaran­tee maxim­um secur­ity for custom­ers and partners all commu­nic­a­tion is encryp­ted and all messages are signed with newest standards.
Addition­ally all trans­ac­tions are monitored with Advanced Threat Analyt­ics inform­ing the business respons­ible about poten­tial misuse of accounts.

All trans­ac­tions are fully audit­able and can be reviewed at any moment by the assigned business responsible.
